Welcome to Brickworks Roasthouse and Grill! We specialize in wood fire roasted meats and seafood. We begin with the highest quality cuts and roast them to tender, succulent perfection. This is roasting as it was meant to be: the pinnacle of a process dating back thousands of years to when man and meat first met fire. Our specialties include Certified Angus Beef prime rib, low and slow smoked brisket, all natural free-range chicken, Colorado leg of lamb, Sonoma duck, pork "Prime Rib" chops, and wood oven roasted vegetables. Our food is prepared in our Almond wood burning stone oven, Mesquite wood burning wheel grill, or Cherry wood burning smoker.

Rounding out the Roasthouse experience are USDA Prime steaks---aged 21 to 28 days, fresh seafood such as sushi grade Ahi tuna and Scottish salmon, inspired salads, fresh house ground burgers, distinctive sandwiches, mouth watering starters, and homemade desserts baked to order.

We offer affordable dining in a casual setting.
