||Upon entering Brickworks, the dancing flames in our Almond-wood-burning stone oven and sizzle from our display kitchen might be first to draw your attention, or perhaps the colorful spirits, wine bottles and warm golden hues of our bourbon collection at the bar. Maybe the music of friendly conversation at the central communal tables is first to catch your ear, or perhaps the people-watching and enjoyment of Southern California’s glorious weather afforded by our outdoor patio are more your style. Possibly you prefer to keep it simple at the cozy booths full of friends and family in our main dining area, seeking nothing more than familiar company and great food. ||Roasted from the hearth, we are extremely committed to the quality and excellence of our meats at Brickworks Roasthouse, from our 28 Day Aged Prime Rib to our USDA Prime Steaks. Aged for 21-28 days, our Roasthouse steaks have a slightly charred caramelized crust from cooking in the direct heat of an open fire, and an intense unforgettable beef flavor. Grinding our burgers in house from high-quality whole chuck, a very flavorful cut of meat, means that we are able to craft the freshest, juiciest, and tastiest burgers possible. You?ll also find wood-burning oven-roasted Sonoma duck, Herb Roasted free-range chicken, and pork “Prime Rib” chops on our menu, alongside our low-and-slow succulent smoked brisket. Only quality meats, smoke, real wood-fire, and patience create taste this delectable.
||Restaurants on the California coast are blessed with an abundance of fresh seafood, and Brickworks Roasthouse & Grill is no exception. Sushi Grade Ahi Tuna and wild caught jumbo shrimp are some of our favorites, though our ever-changing seasonal fresh fish specials are hard to miss. Our crab cake is made with jumbo lump Maryland crab, fresh and sweet, and will never leave you wondering “where’s the crab”? We also have one of the best salmons in the world, Scottish salmon, with a very high omega-3 content, that we sear to perfection as our Parmesan Crusted Salmon. From the comfort of New England style Roasthouse clam chowder to the exotic Spice Seared “Sushi Grade Ahi, Water will be sure to get your mouth watering.

With so many progressive, varietal wines from innovative boutique wineries available by the glass and half-glass, you might not be able to settle on just one! Luckily we also have flights for tastings, as well as Bourbon-tastings selected from our 30+ strong Bourbon menu. We celebrate craft brews such as Smog City “Hoptonic,’ Deschutes ‘Chain Breaker,’ Oskar Blues ‘Mamal Little Yella Pils’ and more.
